Team Teach Training

Team Teach is an accredited, award-winning provider of positive behaviour management training, equipping our teams to deal with challenging situations and behaviours in ways that lead to desirable outcomes and positive relationships.

Team Teach forms an integral part of our behaviour policy, providing a wealth of training to best support behaviour and actively work to de-escalate, equipping learners with the tools to make their own positive choices and regulate their own behaviour.

From a perspective of safety, this training also equips staff with a safe and regulated means of physically intervening to ensure safety for our learners when required.
