I have the pleasure of leading our experienced and dedicated team to ensure we deliver the highest quality education for our learners.  

At Elmtree Grove everything we do is based on positive relationships – ensuring that our staff team build strong and positive relationships with every learner; enabling our learners to feel safe, secure and able to achieve; enabling parents to feel involved in their child’s education.  

At Elmtree Grove we plan and deliver our curriculum to meet our vision: Every child. Every opportunity. The right opportunity. 

We personalise our curriculum plans for each learner to ensure we meet their needs, provide them with a wide range of opportunities and ensure we provide an enriched learning experience. Learners are taught in small groups with similar needs, usually with more than one adult. This ensures every learner gets the support they need, when they need it whilst encouraging independence and resilience.
